IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) of the Magistrates' Courts Act, the Chief Justice increases the limit of jurisdiction of— Thomas Nzyoki, Mwangi Karimi Mwangi, Senior Resident Magistrates, to Kenya shillings Eight Hundred Thousand (KSh. 800,000), with effect from 1st February, 2008.
