IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Law of Succession Act, the Chief Justice appoints- ESTHER BORE Resident Magistrate, at Kandara Law Courts, to represent the High _Court for the purposes of that section, with effect from 1st February, 2008.
