THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (I) Paul Ngaruiya Kuira, (2) Charles Mbuguiro Njoroge, (3)Joseph Ngugi Kuira and (4) Peter Njoroge Kuira, all 'of P.O. Box 40110, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors lessees of the piece of land known as L.R. No. 7340/112, situate in the north of 'Athi River in Machakos District, by virtue of a warn, registered as I.R. 70426/t, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, 1 shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
