REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ezekiah Ibrahim Mufu (deceased), of Kyeni, Mufu Location, Embu District, is registered as proprietor of that parcel of land known as Kyeni/Mufu/2720, containing 0,91 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the resident magistrate's court in succession cause No. 179 of 2004, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Maricela Rwamba Ezekiah, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30)- days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said Maricela Rwamba Ezekiah and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ezekiah Ibrahim (deceased), shall be cancelled and of no effect.
