COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned part development plans were on 1st February, 2008 completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Gachoka Town, County Council of Mbeere. Copies of the part development plan has been deposited for public inspection the offices of the Town Clerk, County Council of Mbeere and Phykical Planning Officer, Mbeere at Siakago. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at offices of District Physical Planning Officer, Mbeere at Siakago and Town Clerk, Cotinty Council of Mbeere, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. - • Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 171, Siakago, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice'and sucli representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 4th February, 2008.
