TENDER

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Mr. Ferdinard Waititu, Bulk Refuse Limited, of P.O. Box 595, Buruburu, Nairobi, the owners of:- Volvo reg. No. KAW 828J, Volvo FH12 Chassis No. A238652, within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which are currently lying in Auto Sueco (East Africa) Limited, of P.O. Box 18101-00500, Nairobi, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidentals costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
