WHEREAS Mr. David M. Kyule—Co-operative Auditor, P.O. Box 30202, Nairobi was appointed to be the liquidator of Wauzaji Sacco Society Ltd. CS/2737 (in liquidation), the said Mr. David M. Kyule was unable to complete the exercise, Now therefore, I extend the liquidation, for a period not exceeding one (1) year in the matter of the said co-operative society. Dated the 21st June, 2007.
