THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hellen Samarin Lesirma, of P.O. Box 28747, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of Flat No. 5 erected on all the piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/101611/171, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 82033/I, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
