REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Muteru Wambugu, of P.O. Box 26201, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee all that piece of land knovvn as L.R. 2259/194, situate in the city of Nairobi, held by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 49967/1, and whereas sufficient evidencehas been adduced to show that said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
