REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Ngene Itotia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that parcel of land known as Limuru/Kamirithu/2141, containing 0.54 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kitunbu, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Limuru in succession cause No. 60/2004, has issued grant of letters of administration to Titus Nganga Ngene and Ruth Njeri Nganga and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Simon Ngene Itotia (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection, has been received within that period. I 'intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7 and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Ngene Itotia (deceased), shall be cancelled and of no effect.
