Box 52, Laare, Meru North District in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Lubarua M'Akairi alias Rubarua Akairi, late of Ntunene Location, Meru North District, who died there on 1st August, 2004.
