APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 16 (1) of the Accountants. Act, the Minister for Finance appoints- PIUS MUNGAI NDUATIH to be the Secretary of the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board, with effect from 14th January, 2008, and revokes the appointment of Erastus Kiringa Gitau*.
