APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (I) (e) of the State Corporations Act, the Minister for Energy appoints— SAMUEL MANZI MALUKI to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Pipeline Company, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 29th February, 2008.
