WHEREAS Joseph Mbachio Thiro, trading as Jamii Yako Distributors, of P.O. Box 58754-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as 432 THE KENYA GAZELLE 7th March, 2008 L.R. No. 8056/24, situate in Mumias Township in the district of Kakamega, by virtue of a grant, registered under title No. I.R.N. 4766/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
