GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1588

WHEREAS Benjamin Wamnea Muriithi, is . registered as proprietor of that parcel of land known as Kwale/Mwaluganje 'A711, situate in the .district of Kwale, and whereas the senior resident magistrate, Kwale in land—case No. 1 I of 2007 has ordered that the said piece of land he transferred to Alhaj Ali Mbwana, of P.O. Box 21, Kwale and whereas the senior resident magistrate of the said court has executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Alhaj Ali Mhwana and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection • has been received Within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Alhaj Ali Mbwana and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Benjamin Watnnea Muriithi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
