Box 10, Nziu in Kenya, the deceased's beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musomba Kikwau, late of Mumbuni Location, who died there on 12th June, 1986. CAUSE No. 536 OF 2007 By David Nyamu Mutala, of P.O. Box 199, Makueni in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makau Maingi, late of Makueni, who died at Mumbuni, Makueni, on 27th March, 2004. CAUSE No. 38 OF 2008 By Nundu Ngui Mulwa, of P.O. Box 52, Makueni in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngui Mulwa Mutumbe, late of Kamunyolo, Makueni, who died there on 3rd March, 1991. Box 320, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muoka Mulili Lai, late of Mangauni Location, who died at Muvuti Location, on 10th March, 1979. CAUSE No. 74 OF 2008 By (1) Peter Nthenge Munyao and (2) Joyce Mwethya Munyao, both of P.O. Box 11, Mwala in Kenya, the deceased's father-in-law and mother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phidiliah Zighe Kwacha, late of Kamwala Location„ who died at Mwafunja, Werugha, on 27th August, 2007. CAUSE No. 75 OF 2008 By Esther Kalunda Mbuvi, of P.O. Box 252, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amina Malusi Mbuvi, late of Kitui, who died at Nzambani Location, on 23rd February, 2008. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
