REVOCATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 33A (1) (c) and 33A (2) (a) of the Capital Markets Act, the Capital Markets Authority: (a)Revokes the mandates and powers of attorney issued by Nyaga Stockbrokers Limited in favour of its Board of Directors and Management with effect from 5th March, 2008. (b)Revokes all the powers conferred upon the Board of Directors and Management of Nyaga Stockbrokers Limited in respect of its management, operations or business with effect from 5th March, 2008. (c)Vests the powers of managent and control of Nyaga Stockbrokers Limited in Wycliffe Shamiah and the Nairobi Stock Exchange as Statutory Managers, including the exercise of all powers vested in the Board of Directors and the use of the corporate seal with effect from 5th March, 2008.
