COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the preparation of part development plans for the above-mentioned churches were on 9th October, 2007, completed. The part development plans relates to land situated within Kiambu Municipality and Kiambu County Council. Copies of the part development plab has been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the DistriCt Physical Planning Officer, Kiambu Municipal Council, Kiambu County Council, DistriCt Building Surveyor, District Commissioner, Kiambu East and Director of Physical Planning. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Kiambu Municipal Council, Kiambu County Council, District Building Surveyor, District Commissioner, Kiambu East and Director of Physical Planning, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. during weekdays. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 45025, Nairobi or District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 45, Kiambu, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. H. N.
