NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Toyota Corolla motor vehicle reg. No. KAJ 853Q, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from the premises of Kangaroo Company Limited garage situated along Eldoret—Kitale Road upon payment of all charges of repair and storage and other costs within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to comply the said vehicle will be sold by public auction.
