NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th November, 2007, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 273, in Volume B-13, Folio 793, File No. 29681637, by me, Soud Khamis Rashid Gowan, of P.O. Box 12037, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Soud Rashid Hamisi Mohamed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Soud Rashid Hamisi Mohamed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Soud Khamis Rashid Gowan, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Soud Khamis Rashid Gowan only.
