NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th October, 2007, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2361, in Volume DI, Folio 235/4425, File No. MM VII, by our client, Shillah Mwaniga Mwavua, of P.O. Box 25499-00603, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sellah Mwaniga Otiende, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sellah Mwaniga Otiende, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shillah Mwaniga Mwavua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Shillah Mwaniga Mwavua only.
