IN EXERCISE of the powers confetred by sections 7 (1) (i), (j), and 15 (I) (c) of the Refugees-Act, 2006, the Commissioner for Refugee Affairs states as follow: "The expiry dates indicated on the face of the Refugees Indentity Cards currently being issued shall not apply. GAZETTE' NOTICE NO. 1815 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Susan Nyawira Muchemi, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Laikipia/Daiga/Umande Block 4/730 (Nyariginu), situate in the district of Laikipk, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Nanyuki, in civil suit No. 35 of 2006, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Lucy Wandia. Mwai, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation of the said piece of land in favour of Lucy Wandia Mwai, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered .proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said of Lucy Wandia Mvvai, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Susan Nyawira Muchemi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
