THE REGISTERED LAND ACT
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS John Kasimu Kilatya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kafama/Kiitini/420, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Machakos, in civil suit No.118 of 2002, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (I) Francis Maingi Wambua, (2) Jackson Maweu
Wambua and (3) Lukas Mutune Wainbua, all -of P.O. Box 385, Machakos, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favOur of (1) Francis Maingi Wambua, (2) Jackson
Maweu Wambua and (3) Lukas Mutune Wambua, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a Land title deed to the said (1) Francis Maingi
Wambua, (2) Jackson Maweu Wambua and (3) Lukas Mutune
Wambua, and upon suctrregistration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Kasimu Kilatya, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
