Box 1, Mwala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Kasuki Kalinga, late of Mwala Location, who died at Machakos General Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd April, 1998. Box 282, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased's widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mutua Francis, late of Kitaingo Location, who died at Kitui Prison, on 8th July, 2004. CAUSE No. 90 OF 2008 By Syowai Kimani, of P.O. Box 1166, Kangundo in Kenya,. the deceased's widow , for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Kimani Musyimi, late of Kivaani Locatidn, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 26th September, 2007. CAUSE No 99 OF 2008 By George Maundu Mutua, of P.O. Box 1002, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mutua Maundu, late of Sengani Location, who died there on 28th October, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
