TAKE NOTICE that applications having b6en made in this court in: CAUSE No. 3 OF 2007 By (I) John Cheruiyot Kipkuber and (2) Christopher Kiprop Kipkuber, both of P.O. Box 2235, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kiptum Kipkuber, who died at Chepkongony, Katuiyot, on 17th December, 2006. CAUSE No. 227 OF 2007 By (1) Elizabeth Lulia Kamisi and. (2) Winnie Nendy Adira, both of P.O. Box 8433, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Anassi Momanyi & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of adminiStration intestate to the estate of Oscar Khamisi Jamin Kijusa, late of Soy, Uasin Gishu District, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 10th February, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from 'the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
