THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF FREDRICK GIKUNJU KARIUKI OF MWEA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE No. 94 OF 2008 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a pttition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Nairobi, on 25th November, 2005, has been filed in this registry by (1) Alice Wairimu Gikunju and (2) Esther Muthoni Gikunju, both of P.O. Box 2, Wanguru, in their respective capacities as widow and daughter of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
