THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Suresh Santram Bachheta and (2) Asha Suresh Bachheta, both of P.O. Box 45635, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors lessees of that piece of land containing 0.1120 hectare, house No. 1 or thereabouts, known as L.R. 209/12392, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under lease registered as I.R. 84002/1, and whereas Trident Insurance Company Limited, has executed an instrument of discharge of charge in favour of (1) Suresh Santram Bachheta and (2) Asha Suresh Bachheta, both of P.O. Box 45635, Nairobi, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 84002/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
