WHEREAS John Stephen Kameny a Gitau (1D/1911970), is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 1.21 and 2092 hectares' or thereabout, situate tin the, district of Meru, registered under title Nos. Kiirua/Ruiri/968 and 2092, and whereas sufficient evidence has beat adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
