GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2032

WHEREAS George Wanjala Khaemba (0824971/63), of P.O. Box 922, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Trans Nzoia, registered under title No. Kiminini/Kinyoro Block 3/Matisi/678, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period. has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Jackson Kamamia Kiriti, of P.O. Box 357, Matanya, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation of transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Jackson Kamamia Kiriti, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Jackson Kamamia Kiriti, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jane Nyaguthii Wambugu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
