GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2040

WHEREAS Njoka Kaimiti (deceased), of Kiriari Sub-location, Ngandori, of P.O. Box 420, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngandori/Kiriari/3379, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya, in succession cause Nu. 45 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of John Njeru Njoka, and whereas efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no'valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant documents and issue land title deed to the said John Njeru Njoka, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jane Njoka Kaimiti (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
