TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 216 OF 2007 By (1) Teresina Atumwa Thuranira and (2) Isaiah Gitonga Thuranira, both of Kisima Location, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of hales Thuranira Daniel, late of Meru, who died at Kisima Location, on 29th June, 2002. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
