TRANSFER

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 9 (5) of the Banking Act, it is notified for public information that- •the shareholders of prime Capital and Credit Limited vide a resolution passed and dated the 23rd November, 2007, approved the sale and transfer of the assets and liabilities of Prime Capital and Credit Limited pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement dated the 24th October, 2007. •the shareholders of Prime Bank Limited vide a resolution passed and dated the 23rd November, 2007, approved the purchase of the assets and the assumption of the liabilities of Prime Capital and Credit Limited pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement dated the 24th October, 2007; and that •pursuant to the provisions of section 9 (I) of the Banking Act, the Minister for Finance has approved the sale and purchase of the assets and transfer and assumption of the liabilities of Prime Capital and Credit Limited to Prime Bank Limited, whereupon such sale, purchase and transfer took effect at midnight, the 31st December, 2007.
