THE LIQUOR LICENSING ACT

NOTICE is given that the first statutory meeting of the Nairobi Liquor Licensing Court will be held at the Provincial Commissioner's boardroom, on Tuesday, 5th May, 2008, at 10.00 am. Applications to be considered at this meeting whether for new or removals and conversion of licences should be submitted on the prescribed forms with a KSh. 10 adhesive revenue stamp affixed on the original copy and addressed to the Chairman, Nairobi Liquor Licensing Court, P.O. Box 30124, Nairobi, so as to reach him on or before 7th April, 2008. Late applications will only be considered if received on or before 14th April, 2008, and on payment of a non refundable fee of KSh. 300 being late application fee.
