THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Irungu Kirika and (2) Mercy Lilian Watnucii Kirika, both of P.O. Box 5444-00506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors lessees of that piece of that Flat No. A4, erected on a piece of land known as L.R. No. 1870/X/16, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 87335/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
