REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Arts 680, of P.O. Box 48589, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 3082/III/MN, situate in Mtwapa, Kilifi District, held by certificate of title registered as C.R. 27953/1, and 28th March, 2008 THE KENYA GAZETTE 585 whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
