THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

(Cap. 281)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joel Jack Nguyai Maremma, of P.O. Box 14062-00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 0.2220 hectare, or thereabouts, known as L.R. 7158/167, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under certificate of title registered as I.R. 29780/1, and whereas British America Insurance (Kenya) Limited, has executed an instrument of discharge of charge in favour of Joel Jack Nguyai Maremma, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title registered as IR. 29780/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereo' provided that no valid objection has been received within that period I intend to, dispense with the production of the said Certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge of Charge.
