WHEREAS Stephen N. Muli, of P.O. Box 1875-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 3.240, 4.860, 3.248, 0.2400, 0.300, 4.470 and 0.1000 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Machakos, registered under title Nos. Donyo Sabuk/Kiboko Block 1/535, 595, 915, 1802, 1804, 1809 and 1813, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
