GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2248

WHEREAS William Rotich Kiptoo (ID/3144532), of P.O. Box 7, Kapngetuny in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nakuru Municipality Block 29/225 (Ronda), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in civil case No. 61 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Kiplagat arap Terer, of P.O. Box 19, Bomet, vide a decree/court order issued by the said court dated on 12th June, 2007, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Kiplagat arap Terer, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said William Rotich Kiptoo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
