STORES LIMITED IN THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT KISUMU WINDING-UP CAUSE No. 1 OF 2007 UPON the petition of Shabana Hardware and General Stores Limited, the High Court of Kenya at Kisumu, orders that the winding- up of the said Shabana Hardware and General Stores Limited be continued but subject to the supervision of the court and it is ordered that the interim liquidator/official receiver be appointed the liquidator of the said company and file every three months, a progress report in writing with the registrar as to the position of and progress made with the winding up of the said company and it is ordered that no bills of costs, charges or expenses or special remuneration or any advocate of such liquidator or any manager, accountant, auctioneer, broker or other person, be paid out of the assets of the company, unless such costs, charges, expenses or remuneration shall have been taxed or allowed by the registrar. And it is ordered that all such costs, charges, expenses and remuneration be taxed and ascertained accordingly. And the creditors, contributories and liquidator of the said company and all other persons interested, are to be at liberty to apply generally as may be occasion. Dated the 10th March, 2008.
