NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st January, 2008, duly executed and registered in he Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 1823, in Volume DI, Folio 61/642, File No. MMVIII, by our client, Kalpana Ramesh Vekaria, of P.O. Box 45500, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kalpana Ramesh Hirji Shamji, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kalpana 'Ramesh Hirji Shamji, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kalpana Ramesh Vekaria, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kalpana •Ramesh Vekaria only.
