WHEREAS ( I ) Mwinyi Kuepe Bin Abdalla -and (2) Mwatime 13inti Kombo. both of P.O. Box 41458, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya. are registered proprietors in fee simple of that piece of land known as suhdivision No. 832. section VI, mainland north, within Mombasa Municipality, in the Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 2293, ,and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been !oat. notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
