THE REGISTRATION OFTITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1 ) Edward Leonard Waithaka and (2) Sarah Kasaon, both of P.O. Box 13925, and 14207, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, respectively. are registered proprietors lessees of that piece of land. containing 9.959 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 12167/14, situate East of Nakuru Municipality in the Nakuru District, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 50055/1, and whereas the Agricultural Finance Corporation, has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of (1) Edward Leonard Waithaka and (2) Sarah Kasaon, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section. 65 (1) (It) of the said Act, declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 50055/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period. I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge. Dated the 4th April, 2008. J. W.
