GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2497

WHEREAS Charles M'Twarnwari M'Abira (deceased), is registered proprietor of that ,piece of land known as Nkuene/Kathera/1191 and 1193, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's court in succession cause No. 438 of 2005, has •issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Faith Charles Mutwamwari, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name of Charles Mutwamwari M'Abira is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in the name of Faith Charles Mutwamwari, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued caller to the said Charles M'Twamwari M'Abira (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
