TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 74 OF 2008 By (1) Sadrudin Shamshuddin Bhimani and (2) Nurdin Shamshuddin Bhimani, both of P.O. Box 1600, Kisumu in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of the will of Shamshuddin Alibhai Bhimani, who died at Milimani, Kisumu, on 23rd January, 2008. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette: Dated the 23rd November, 2007.
