Box 162, Futlyulit in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest Ad' all that piece of land containing 1,43 hectares or thereebout, situate in the district of Otisia, registered under title No Samia/Lutulda Mudoma/2000, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed finned tharapf hos been lost, notice is given that,aller the;expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof. 1 shall issue. a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
