GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2724

WHEREAS Francis Kimani Ngugi, of P.O. Box 16639, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Bahati/Bahati Block 1/508 (Mutukanio), containing 1.097 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in Misc. Civil Appl. No. 175 of 2000, has ordered the said piece of land be transferred to Patrick Gitau Matindi, of P.O. Box 16639, Nakuru, and whereas the deputy registrar of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Patrick Gitau Matindi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Patrick Gitau Matindi, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Kimani Ngugi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
