WHEREAS Charles Kiarie Kihiko, of P.O. Box 60, Ngong in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 9 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Ngong/Ngong/4990, and whereas the first edition of the land register showing the aforesaid ownership is lost, notice is given that I shall open a new land register at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period.
