WHEREAS Muyanyiri Monde (deceased), of P.O. Box 36, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as isigandoil/Kirigi/1948, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court judge, in succession cause No. 342 of 2005, has ordered the- said piece of land be transferred to •(1) Jacob K. Muyanyiri and (2) John Mbogo Wanjeru, and Whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land tide deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said (1) Jacob K. Muyanyiri and (2) John Mbogo Wanjeru, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muyanyiri Kiondo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. N. N.
