TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 609 OF 2007 By Syombua Mutua, of P.O. Box 1029, Kangundo in. Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a, grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Matina, late of Kitwii Location, who died there on 20th July, 1996. CAUSE No. 708 Of 2007 By Simeon Mutua Kitemu, of P.O. Box 25, Muthetheni in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Munywoki Kitemu alias Munywoki Kitemu, late of Kikoneni Location, who died at Pandya Hospital in Kenya, on 5th September, 1988. The court,will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice- in the Kenya Gazette.
