TAKE NOTICE that, an application having been made in this court in:. CAUSE No. 114 OF 2008 By Benson Nzyimi Sila, of P.O. Box 247, Wote in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndivo Nthei, late of Kikumini Location, who died at Kikumini, Machaka, on 15th August, 1973. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
